Namaste and welcome to my blog! I am Spiritual Yogini, a girl on a spiritual journey.
As of recently I have really started to delve deeper into my spiritual self and have started a daily meditation practice, and I am in the process of trying to find a yoga studio.
I was baptized at Catholic when I was fifteen, and this was my choice, however I have drifted away from the Catholic church since then. I now consider myself a spiritual christian, which is, I believe in Jesus Christ and in God the Father, but I also honor other spiritual beings that do not make up part of Christian worship.
I am learning how to work with crystals, hand a reasonable sized collection of them at home. My favorite stone is amethyst, and I have it in both rough and tumbled forms. I prefer rough crystals to tumbled ones, as I believe their power flows much more freely in their rough form.
Enjoy your time on my blog, followers. I will leave you with some words of wisdom from Amma.
“The greatest tradgety in life is not death; the greatest tradgety takes place when our talents and capabilities are underutilized and allowed to rust while we are living.”
May the rust stay from from all of you.

Here I am pictured (right) with my sister (centre) and her partner (left). Part of the spiritual journey is finding friends to make your smile and to have fun and let go occasionally.
